Marc Bolan School Updates 2020

It has been an inspiring year, with so many of our students have made incredible progress. Different film crews trained in our school have filmed documentaries on the status of women in Sierra Leone – visited Ghana and documented their experiences; travelled far beyond our own school grounds to villages in the bush to spread the word and talents of the Marc Bolan School Of Music and Film.

Our ever growing number of students all attend our singing and instrumental classes. Our drama students not only prepare through exercises & group co-ordination, but also write film and produce their own multi-media, under the tutelage of experienced and professional instructors.

Songs written by our students have been heard across Sierra Leone through a number of radio networks. All of these successes tell us that what we are doing is right, effective, works, inspires and motivates our students.

We have been visited Mr Paul Davis from the Darwen School of Music in Blackburn UK, and he was more than thrilled by our very positive and achieving community.

Help us build and achieve more. We need £100,000 to build the beautiful, especially designed Marc Bolan School building. Please donate now via our Paypal button below, or via the Global Giving link.
